SCTE-35 Enabled Playout Server for FAST Channels

A lightweight, self-hosted playout server that turns any media library into a live FAST channel — complete with SCTE-35 ad signaling for server-side ad insertion (SSAI). Built to solve the problem that launching a FAST channel requires expensive, complex playout infrastructure, locking out small and independent broadcasters.
